PGH Brunbraid — Brown Braided-Zip Polo Boots
PGH Brunbraid Classic Dark Brown Polo Boots combine a traditional riding aesthetic with subtle handcrafted detailing. Finished in deep chocolate-brown leather, this design offers a softer and more heritage-inspired alternative to brown while remaining extremely versatile.
Please note: Once an order is placed, a PGH's team member will be contacting you to provide you with a boot
measurement guide and form. Once measurements are provided delivery of boots can take up to 2 – 4 weeks.
A long front zipper provides practical access along the shaft and is finished with a distinctive braided leather pull. Rather than using excessive decoration, the design relies on carefully shaped leather panels, visible stitching and complementary brass-colored hardware to create its character.
The sculpted upper flap and small buckle reinforce the traditional equestrian influence, while the streamlined shaft gives the boots a clean appearance when worn. The dark brown leather works particularly well alongside traditional saddlery and other brown leather tack, making this an attractive choice for riders who prefer their equipment to have a coordinated appearance.
The rounded toe and low heel retain the purposeful proportions expected from a tall riding boot rather than turning the design into a purely fashion-oriented boot.
Key features: Dark chocolate-brown leather; tall polo/riding profile; full-length front zipper; braided leather zipper pull; brass-colored zipper and buckle hardware; shaped upper leather flap; clean stitched panels; rounded toe; low riding heel; traditional equestrian appearance.
Why choose this design?
Brown leather has a particularly strong association with traditional saddlery. For customers already using brown saddles, bridles and other leather tack, this design can create a much more coordinated equestrian look than Brown boots.
It is also an excellent middle ground between the highly distinctive Western pair and the more formal brown version: recognizably premium, but understated enough for regular use.
